How your piece reaches you — and what applies to returns. As we manufacture to order, the process deliberately differs from classic stock shipping.
Made to order
As your pieces are made individually, production begins after reservation. We state the expected delivery time at confirmation.
Delivery
We ship insured. You receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your piece leaves the atelier.
International shipping
We deliver internationally. Any import duties, customs or local taxes outside the delivery single market are borne by the recipient; we show the details before you complete your order.
Packaging
Every piece travels in brand-consistent protective packaging together with its authenticity certificate. On request we ship as a gift with matching presentation.
Returns
The statutory right of withdrawal applies to stock items. Please contact us before any return so we can arrange insured return shipping.
Note: for items made to customer specification (bespoke/configuration) the right of withdrawal is excluded by law — see the withdrawal policy for details.
