Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you, took possession of the goods.
Exercise

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments, including delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of receipt of your withdrawal.
Exclusion / expiry
For pieces made to customer specifications (made to order, individual configuration via the Configurator), the right of withdrawal expires pursuant to § 312g (2) no. 1 BGB.
